Brownies | Eggless Chocolate Brownie Recipe | Homemade Brownies

Exotic  Homemade Brownies with milkmaid use two flour mix, and brown sugar. These Brownies can be served as dessert for grown ups as well as for children.

Ingredients
  

  • 160 gm dark chocolate
  • 60 gm all purpose flour
  • 60 gm whole wheat flour
  • 150 gm butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 90 gm brown sugar powder
  • 200 gm sweet condensed milk
  • few walnuts
  • 1/4 cup or more of chocolate chips
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, take powdered sugar.
  • To this add milk maid and mix well.
  • In a double boiler keep the bowl of chocolate and butter to melt.
  • Turn off heat when a few lumps of butter and chocolate  are left. They will melt with the existing heat.
  • In another bowl take mixture of all purpose and whole wheat flour alongwith baking powder.
  • Add melted chocolate to the bowl of sweet condensed cream and sugar.
  • Add the flours mixture to the mix of melted chocolate and cream mixture.
  • Adjust the batter consistency with the help of water.
  • Pour batter in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Top off with choco chips and add some walnuts
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Cool to room temperature before cutting into pieces.
  • Enjoy with family and  friends.

Notes

  • You may use either only all purpose flour or whole wheat flour.
  • Remove parchment paper only after the brownies have cooled otherwise the brownie will break  or crumble apart.
