5-minutes Masala Fruit chaat is a colorful medley of fruits of different textures, flavors and colors. A bowl of fruit chaat is not only nutrient dense but brings on a refreshing burst of tangy and spicy flavors.
Make the fruit chaat an hour ahead. Cover with cling wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Take it out 5 minutes before serving.
If you want to make it 2-3 hours ahead, then add a little of the masala powders and lime juice. Lime juice will prevent browning. Cover with cling wrap and place in the refrigerator. Take it out from the fridge just 5 minutes before serving. Toss it with some more masala powders and serve. A perfect fruit salad should be crisp and fresh looking crunchy to look at and not mushy, dull and limp.
