Fish in Green Masala
Fish in Green Masala is a popular recipe of Sindhi cuisine. Cooked in vibrant green herb masala , this comforting fish curry can be prepared very quickly. Best enjoyed with roti or Sindhi khichdi.

Ingredients

green chilies chopped

coriander powder

garam masala powder

Water as needed
Instructions
Firstly, heat oil in a pan
Add the coriander masala paste and sauté it for two minutes. PRO TIP: Take care that the oil is not so hot to burn the masala.
Then add turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder. Sauté for a minute. You may add some chopped green chilies if desired.
Now add tomato puree and sauté till water dries. PRO TIP: Alternatively, you may use chopped tomatoes,
Then add the fish pieces and sauté on medium flame.
When liquids dry, add some water
Sprinkle garam masala and let fish simmer till just done. PRO TIP: At this stage oil will float on top.
Serve hot with roti or rice.

or
Bajra Methi Dodo
. You could also have it with khichdi or rice.
