Mango Milkshake is a sweet drink made from milk, sweeteners, flavourings and mango. It is a blended thick, creamy, sweet and cold mixture. This is an easy and quick to make recipe. Mango shake tastes best with the seasonal juicy sweet mango varieties.
½tbsp.Honey Adjust according to sweetness of mangoes. May not be needed if mangoes are sweet enough
½tspcardamom powder.
½cupchilled water. Adjust to required consistency
A few chopped almonds and pistachios for garnish
Instructions
Half an hour prior to making the mango shake, dipthe mangoes in water.
Then peel and chop the soaked mangoes into big chunks
Now blend the mangoes, chilled milk, cardamom powder, honey and water in a blender.
For best taste chill the mango shake in the fridge for an hour .
Then pour the chilled mango shake into glasses
Lastly garnish with nuts and serve chilled.

Sweet, ripe and less fibrous variety of mangoes is the key to a great mango shake.
