Mango Milkshake | Mango Shake Without Sugar

Mango Milkshake is a sweet drink made from milk, sweeteners, flavourings and mango. It is a blended thick, creamy, sweet and cold mixture. This is an easy and quick to make recipe. Mango shake tastes best with the seasonal juicy sweet mango varieties.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Mangoes Medium size ripe
  • 1 cup Milk Full fat
  • ½ tbsp. Honey Adjust according to sweetness of mangoes. May not be needed if mangoes are sweet enough
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder.
  • ½ cup chilled water. Adjust to required consistency
  • A few chopped almonds and pistachios for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Half an hour prior to making the mango shake, dip the mangoes in water.
  • Then peel and chop the soaked mangoes into big chunks
  • Now blend the mangoes, chilled milk, cardamom powder, honey and water in a blender.
  • For best taste chill the mango shake in the fridge for an hour .
  • Then pour the chilled mango shake into glasses
  • Lastly garnish with nuts and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Sweet, ripe and less fibrous variety of mangoes is the key to a great mango shake.
  • Mango Milkshake is a matter of choice. If you want thick and creamy then add ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. However, for those who are calorie conscious this Light and Healthy Mango Milkshake will quench your summer thirst.
  • Chill the mango shake for best taste.
  • To make a Vegan Mango Milkshake, substitute the dairy milk with coconut milk, almond milk, or any other nut milk.
