Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 cup water adjust
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • Few sprigs of coriander leaves
  • ¼'" ginger finely chopped
  • 1 green chili small chopped
  • ½ tsp mix of Table salt/Rock salt . Adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Firstly take yoghurt/curd in a blender,
  • Now add the mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger and chili
  • Then add salt, cumin powder, black pepper, chaat masala and asafetida.(if using)
  • Lastly add water and blend till smooth
  • Strain and chill for half an hour
  • Pour cool Mint Lassi in glasses.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Serve and enjoy!!

Notes

  • Use fresh curd.
  • Use vibrant green coloured fresh mint leaves.
  • Discard the brown or yellow leaves Chill lassi for optimum taste.
