What is Carrot Orange Loaf Cake
Carrot Orange Loaf Cake is a moist tea cake bursting with freshness of grated carrots and orange flavors. This loaf cake is so rich in itself along with the black raisins and almonds, that no any further glazing or frosting is needed. If you like, then go for an orange glaze or cream cheese frosting.
Carrot Orange Loaf Cake is:
Bursting with fresh flavors
Easy to make.
Soft and moist tea cake
Is versatile – round cake, muffin, with or without glaze options and more.
Do try out Dates and walnut cake on this blog. It is a great one! Other favorite tea cakes of mine are
