Baked Veg O’ Cheese Rolls are an adaptation from one of my first recipe books bought years back. The stuffing has been tweaked a bit to make it more healthy. Neha such a delicious looking snack and more healthier than deep frying. Like the stuffing you have used for your baked veg o’ cheese rolls. My mother in law use to make veg stuffed bread rolls and we use to deep fry them. I will try the baked version.

Delicious finger food with goodness of veggies loaded . Bread rolls or snacks made from bread are always party pleasers and go well with all the age groups. Liked the idea of preparing the rolls before hand and refrigerating it . Makes it easy to bake it just in time for serving
