Eggless Choco Chip Cookies | एगलेस चॉकलेट कुकीज़ | Best ChocoChip Cookies


Ingredients:

  • 100gm (1/2 cup) butter

  • 120 (1 cup) gm all-purpose flour
  • 55 gm(1/4 cup) powdered white sugar
  • 35 gm(1/4 cup) powdered brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ cup  and a little more Choco Chunks or Chocochips 

    Method:

      1. Organise the ingredients.

      2. In a bowl add butter and both the sugars.

      3. Beat with a wire whisk or an electric beater nicely till light and fluffy.

      4. Add sieved all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla essence to the sugar-butter mixture

      5. You may switch to spatula. Do not overmix
      6. Fold in the choco chips.

      7. Take a baking tray lined with parchment tray.

      8. Form balls from the dough. Place the balls on the baking tray keep distance between the balls.Top the cookies with more chocochips
      9. Keep the tray in the fridge for 20 minutes.
      10. Preheat oven at 160 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
      11. Thereafter place the baking tray in the oven to bake the cookies.
      12. Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
      13. Then grill for 1-2 minutes. Must take care at this stage. 
      14. Cookies will be a bit soft. But on cooling will be crispy.
      15. Generally, these cookies are soft and chewy. If you want crispier cookies bake for 1 or 2 more minutes.
      16. Remove from oven. Cool and enjoy.


        Recipe Notes:

        1.  Be vigilant   towards the last frw minutes of baking.
        2.  More chocochips maybe incorporated in the cookie dough.
        3. All ingredients to be at room temperature
        4. You can substitute white sugar quantity with brown sugar. The texture of cookie may slightly vary.
        5. You may first cool the dough and then form cookie balls.
        6. Baking time varies from oven to oven.
