Rajasthani Gatte Ki Kadhi

Rajasthani Gatte Ki Kadhi is made from Gatta (gatte – plural) which are logs made from gram flour and basic herbs and spices. These are boiled, sliced and then simmered in a flavourful yoghurt based gravy known as kadhi.
