These homemade Chocolate Nut & Seed Bites are naturally sweetened with dates, refined-sugar free, and rich in fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants and a bit of dark chocolate,. Made using roasted nuts, seeds, and dark chocolate, this no-bake snack recipe is perfect for quick energy boosts, kids’ lunch boxes, festive gifting, and post-workout snacking.
Ingredients for No Bake Nut and Seed Bites

- Dates – any premium variety of dates available locally
- Walnuts – Use premium quality
- Pistachios – regular flavors
- Pumpkin seeds
- Melon seeds
- Dark chocolate – roughly chopped
- Flax seeds
- Coconut oil – premium quality virgin oil
How to make Chocolate Nut and Seed Bites

- Firstly, dry roast flax seeds on low flame for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously to avoid burning. Transfer to a plate and let them cool.
- In the same pan, take whole pistachios, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and dry roast on low heat until lightly aromatic. Let them cool. PRO TIP: You could also add almonds, sunflower seeds as per your liking.
- Transfer all the cooled down ingredients of step 1 & 2 to a chopper and chop coarsely.
- Now to this coarsely ground mixture, add dates, dark chocolate pieces and coconut oil. PRO TIP: Adjust dates and chocolate according to sweetness and texture.
- Pulse in short bursts until a homogenous, coarse-textured mixture forms. PRO TIP: Avoid overly chopping.
- Take a silicon mould of desired shapes and fill its cavities with the dates- nuts mixture.
- Refrigerate it for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove the set chocolate bites from the cavities.
- Enjoy your healthy chocolate bites!
- Keep in the fridge for 1–2 weeks or freeze for longer shelf life.

Ingredients
- 75 gm pitted dates
- 1/4 cup walnuts 15 gm
- 1/8 cup pistachios 15 gm
- 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds 15 gm
- 1/8 cup melon seeds 15 gm
- ¼ cup dark chocolate compound 30 gm
- 1 tbsp flax seeds 12 gm
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
