Yummy, love hibiscus iced tea, so refreshing and healthy. I usually add maple syrup. During our short but really hot summers, hot drinks take a back seat. Love the slightly natural tangy taste of the hibiscus flowers.

What a unique name for hibiscus – Karkade. My little one makes me the hot tea with these dried pe tails and this homemade iced tea now seems the perfect foil to the temperature that’s rising here again ❤️
